Join Vanier Student Life's UMBRELLA group!

What is it?
A group for Vanier's 2SLGBTQIA+ students to meet each other & be involved in student life on-campus.

What does it involve?
Social gatherings
Group discussions
Workshops
Outreach and celebration events & activities on-campus (ex: Sashay Vanier Drag Show)
Working with Vanier Student Life, Vanier Student Services, the VCSA, and Vanier's Open Door Network
Providing suggestions and feedback to make Vanier a safer and more welcoming place for our community
Anything else you'd like to see or do!
(*There may be opportunities to be active listeners and to help each other but keep in mind that this is not a support/therapy group.)

When & where?
We'll schedule periodic meet-ups on-campus and/or online (and maybe some off-campus field-trips if possible!). We will use a Lea classroom for sharing information, scheduling events/activities, and general communication. Other ways can be explored as a group later such as Discord or Teams.
