18th Annual Winery Ride and Halloween Costume/Prize Ride Volunteer Survey
The 18th Annual Winery Ride and Halloween Costume/Prize Ride will take place on Saturday, October 26th at 1890 Highland Drive in Zillah, Washington.
The purpose of this survey is to get a count for meals that will be provided to the volunteers of the Winery Ride and Halloween Costume/Prize Ride. Each volunteer needs to fill out a survey, ONE PERSON PER SURVEY. Once you have completed the survey, you will get a receipt.
Note: Winery Ride Hosts will be provided with a sack lunch on Saturday. RSVP for the catered dinners using the link in the survey.
