Full Day Writing Workshop for Kids

**UPDATE: THE WORKSHOP IS FULL! But you may fill out the form to be added to the waitlist. (If we end up with enough interest on the waitlist, there's a chance we may able to offer a second workshop.)**

***********************************
When: Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, 10-4**
Who: Kids between the ages of 8-14
Where: Lilac Ridge Farm
264 Ames Hill Road, Brattleboro, VT 05301
***********************************

Award-winning author and former middle school teacher, Ann Braden uses a mix of fun writing prompts and 1-on-1 sessions to help you develop as a creative writer. Whether you have lots of story ideas or have no idea what to write, we'll get the creative juices flowing and give you the tools to get you to the next level.

The workshop will take place at Lilac Ridge Farm, a certified-organic, 3rd generation family-run dairy farm.  We'll do the bulk of our writing in the farmhouse, but throughout the day, we'll also visit the cows, and the maple sugaring operation –– there's a good chance it'll be maple sugaring season when we're there!

Definitely plan to bring bring boots and a warm coat. It'll be either snowy or muddy. :)

**In case of a storm, the back-up date will be Saturday, March 9th.
