By visiting CNC Unqiues Haunted House, I hereby accept any risks involved in participation, accept all liability , and will hold harmless CNC Uniques and The Sandy Grange for any damages or injuries incurred therein. This release of liability includes but is not limited to damages or injuries incurred to negligence, carelessness, property, or defective equipment. i agree to abide by the precautions and safety instructions put into place by CNC Uniques.
I understand that risks of visiting the haunted house include, but not limited to: - Bumping into, colliding, or otherwise making contact with objects or persons.
- Tripping, falling, stumbling, etc.
- being struck by falling objects
- Vision impairment due to fog machine.
- Experiencing anxiety, stress, claustrophobia, extreme fright, fear of the dark, nightmares or other heightened emotions.
