Atlantic Youth Touch Cup 2023 Volunteers Form
The inaugural Atlantic Youth Touch Cup will be hosted at the University of Nottingham from Thursday 20th to Sunday 23rd July 2023. The event will feature teams from across Europe, South Africa, the USA, the Cayman Islands and China, as well as seven teams from England. It is expected to be the largest international youth touch event.

Like most other sports events, its successful delivery will rely heavily on volunteers.

Volunteers will be provided with event merchandise as well as meals and drinks throughout the day. Volunteers can do as little as one shift, or as many as they would like through the week.

Roles include event set-up, branding, social media, broadcast support, event support, scoring, administration, event welfare and more. Whilst the site is located on both the tram and bus routes which we encourage use of, there is car parking provided for volunteers at Highfields Hockey Club adjacent to the venue.

We would appreciate it if you complete this form indicating when you will be able to help out. Feel free to add any comments if there is a specific area of work you are keen to help with.

Many thanks for your support.
