At Animal Communication & Healing Academy, we value your commitment to attending our workshops and strive to provide the best possible experience for all participants. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy to ensure the smooth operation of our workshops.
Before signing up for our workshops, we kindly request participants to carefully consider their availability and commitment. Once the Course Fees are paid, they become non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our workshop planning and allocate resources appropriately.
We understand that life can present challenges, and we empathize with the difficulties participants may face. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule workshop dates for participants who are unable to attend or fail to show up on course day. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to plan accordingly and prioritize your workshop attendance to make the most of this valuable learning opportunity.
Exceptions:
1. COVID-19 Exception: We recognize the exceptional circumstances presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and provide documentation of hospitalization leave, we will make an exception to our policy. In such cases, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule for the next available workshop. Please be aware that an administrative fee of $150 will be involved to help cover the costs associated with the rescheduling of the workshop.
2. Family Bereavement: We understand that the loss of an immediate family member is a challenging time. If you experience a family bereavement involving an immediate family member that coincides with the workshop dates, we will make an exception to our policy on a case-by-case basis. Please provide appropriate documentation, such as a death certificate or obituary, and we will assess the possibility of rescheduling the workshop. Please note that an administrative fee of $150 will be involved to help cover the costs associated with the rescheduling of the workshop.
3. Hospitalization: In the event of unforeseen medical reasons resulting in hospitalization and preventing your attendance at the workshop, we will make an exception to our policy. Kindly provide documentation of your hospitalization, such as hospital leave or hospital discharge summary. We will offer you the opportunity to reschedule for the next available workshop, subject to availability. Please be aware that an administrative fee of $150 will be involved to help cover the costs associated with the rescheduling of the workshop.
4. Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events that make it impossible to hold the workshop. In such cases, you will be offered the option of attending the rescheduled workshop or receive a full refund of the course fee paid to the Academy.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our Attendance / No-Show Policy. These exceptions are intended to accommodate exceptional circumstances that may prevent participants from attending the workshop.
