I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy:

A $500 deposit is required with your registration to hold your spot. Deposit becomes non-refundable after March 27, 2023. If you cancel more than 75 days prior to the retreat, you can apply your deposit toward another Radiant Yoga Retreat.

Remaining retreat balance is due 75 days prior to the start of the retreat, June 17, 2023. If you cancel 31 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, a 50% refund will be given. Less than 30 days no refund is given. If we are able to find a replacement for you, you will be refunded fully minus a $250 administrative fee.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel or interfere with your travel plans. Suggested companies to use are Allianz and Travel Guard.

Radiant Yoga Retreats reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to health and safety concerns of participants or if the number of participants is too low. In any of these cases, you will be issued a full refund.

Participants must be at least 15 years of age.
