The main objective of this program is to serve minority, underresourced, and historically underrepresented participants to improve health equity through access and availability to trusted Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (OHNS) evidence for all. We will achieve this objective by developing a robust network of mentors and mentees, providing regular didactic education, and supporting each research team with the knowledge and experience of the Global OHNS Initiative.
