Thank you for contributing a project towards Project Spring-Winter!

This form is meant to both help you think through the details of the project and help the PSW Committee review it. If you need to attach more information, illustrations or examples, please do so.

Some helpful tips for fundraising projects:
        a. Be clear about your objectives and discuss with others who could help shape the project.
        b. Use this form as to plan out the main aspects of your project.
        c. If you need specific help from the church staff or ministries, please discuss with the relevant personnel first.
        d. Please check if you will need regulatory permits or clearance for your project.
        e. Please don’t start on your project until you get the go-ahead from the PSW Committee.
        f. We need to properly account for all monies handled, including monies paid out and eventual collections to be given towards PSW. This usually means that we need to set up proper bank accounts if there are sizeable amounts involved. We will provide advice in such cases.
