Potomac Appalachian Trail Club Cabin Rental Terms of Service
UPDATED CABIN RENTAL POLICIES
I confirm that I have read, understand, and will abide by the updated Cabin Rental Policies available on the PATC website: https://www.patc.net/PATC/Cabins/Reservation_Guidelines. I recognize that it is my responsibility to ensure receipt or retrieval of the Cabin Key Packet prior to my reservation. I agree to assume the risk of traveling to and from the cabin I have rented, knowing that weather and/or road conditions may be poor. I accept financial responsibility for any damages or offenses caused by my rental party. I will show consideration for PATC and my fellow cabin renters by cleaning, leaving firewood (where applicable), and securing the cabin upon my departure.

NEW PATC COVID-19 ADDENDUM
IMPORTANT: The PATC COVID-19 Addendum to the Cabin Rental Agreement contains important provisions by which you agree: to assume risks related to COVID-19 and the COVID-19 Pandemic and to indemnify PATC for claims against PATC involving COVID-19 that arise from your occupancy of the cabin to be rented. By agreeing to these terms, you are deemed to have read and understood this addendum, available, here: https://www.patc.net/PATC/Cabins/Rental_Disclaimer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO: CABINCOORDINATOR@PATC.NET. Cancellation & refund policies can be reviewed on the PATC website, here: https://www.patc.net/PATC/Cabins/Policies.

MEMBERS ONLY CABIN RENTALS
The use of members-only cabins is one of the benefits of PATC membership. If I am renting a members-only cabin, I agree that I am a current PATC member in good standing and that my membership will remain valid through the last day of my reservation. If I am not a current PATC member, the rental of a members-only cabin indicates that I agree to be automatically charged the annual PATC membership fee. The annual fee is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.
