The University of Michigan Law School’s Transactional Law Clinics Program includes the Community Enterprise Clinic and the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic. Both of these clinics offer free business legal services to small businesses and nonprofits, but the clinics vary in the communities they serve. This joint application will send your application to both clinics and one of them will reach out to you based on which clinic may best serve your needs.                                                                                                                                                           Please note that completing the application does not create an attorney-client relationship with either clinic.
