- Travelers are responsible for their airfare. Flights with same or similar arrival dates and times are highly recommended to keep transportation costs low.

To ensure you enjoy the full scope of planned activities, the suggested flight arrival/departure days are as follows:

If you must arrive or depart after the suggested dates, please let us know so we can assist you in making the proper arrangements. If you're arriving separately from the group, private transportation will be arranged at an additional cost.

Cancellations after WEDNESDAY, JULY 1st, 2026 will incur a 50% penalty
No refunds after TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st, 2026
Invoices with no payment activity for 60 days will automatically cancel your reservation. Automatic cancellations will coincide with cancellation dates above for penalties and refunds.
