Those who do not currently have a BLRL library card and would like access to our e-resources such as Hoopla and Libby may fill out this form to request a temporary card. Those requesting cards must live in either Barry or Lawrence counties. Verbal parental/guardian permission is required for those under the age of 18. Library staff will call the number provided in the form to receive parental/guardian consent. You will receive an email confirmation informing you of your temporary card's barcode number once your card is ready for use.  The temporary cards will expire July 1, 2020. To make your card permanent with full access to all of the library's materials, please visit your local branch once the library is back open and bring proof of current address such as a driver's license.
