Dance Marathon is a philanthropic student organization at Missouri State University fighting for the next generation by raising funds and awareness for CoxHealth Children's Hospital. Dance Marathon's Executive Board is composed of student leaders that coordinate and oversee major initiatives of the program including recruitment, fundraising, morale, marketing, event planning, and much more. DM at Missouri State University is currently seeking a team of passionate, responsible, and servant-minded individuals to engage in year-long fundraising efforts and host the first successful Dance Marathon.

Executive Board Applicant Requirements:
- Candidates should be organized, possess strong facilitation abilities, and be skillful at communication
- Candidates should have previous experience planning programs and facilitating events
- Candidates should have a passion for leadership and be excited to make a lasting impact on the MSU
  community
- Candidates must be in good academic and conduct standing with MSU
- Candidates must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher
- Candidates must be full-time students at Missouri State University throughout Fall 2020 and Spring 2019.

As an Executive Board member, you would oversee carrying out the vision you, your Director, and the Executive Director have for your position. Please describe your abilities creating a yearly plan, delegating tasks to Committee Members, and staying organized and on top of deadlines. *
As an Executive Board Member, one of your most important duties would be to always keep your Committee Members positive, encouraged, and motivated. Tell us how you would do this for your team. *
Another important task would be to keep your position aligned with the Dance Marathon long-term strategic plan, including making sure that yearly goals are innovative and constantly challenge us to reach new heights. Tell us how you would do this for your team. *
Serving on Dance Marathon Leadership is a high priority time commitment that involves meeting with other teams, your Committee members, etc., every week. Things often unexpectedly happen at the last minute that your team will need to adjust to, take on, etc. As an Executive member, please explain how you would prioritize Dance Marathon in your schedule.
