This Survey is intended for practitioners (Teachers, Specialists, similar) in distance learning environments (Schools, District Programs, Etc.) and is part of the Digital Learning Pilot Program being developed by SOESD, DESD, MESD in conjunction with the Oregon Department of Education.
Our goal is to gather research on digital learning, information on current practices throughout the state and develop materials for existing and future distance learning programs. The answers to survey questions are anonymous.
At the conclusion of the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing for one of several $75 gift cards, volunteer for paid interviews, or apply to build classes for the Digital Learning Pilot Program.
