Welcome to the READY TO DRIVE PROGRAM application form! 

Citizens' Bridge is proud to announce the launch of the new and improved in-car instruction program offering support to individuals who need to prepare for the Class 5 road test, or require mandatory training hours requested by MPI prior to scheduling their next Class 5 road test. In-Car training lessons are subsidized, not free.

This application form will be requesting information to assess your eligibility and current needs.  The information will be processed and stored by Citizens' Bridge. Your application will be kept on file until March 31, 2025.  If your contact information changes, please contact Citizens Bridge at decadmin@necrc.org.

Citizens' Bridge will contact you if you meet the eligibility requirements and can be assisted within the next 6 months. Please re-apply after March 31, 2025

This program is tailored for individuals who already possess a valid Class 5L Learner’s License or a Class 5 A Authorized License, are 18 years of age or older, seeking employment skills, are low-income and can provide one of the following documents; CRA Notice of Assessment (2023), or EIA Budget Letter (no older than 3 months).
