We need your help in order to get you the compensation you deserve. If you believe that your job classification salary range is significantly under the market value, please make sure and let us know so we can include it in the list of potential classifications to be reviewed during negotiations. The Classified Bargaining Team is already researching and devising ways to help you but we need your assistance as well. If you have any information that can assist us in helping you attain a higher salary for yourself, please let us know via this survey as soon as possible.
Once our list is submitted to the college (the list will be communicated with membership at the same time) Payroll/HR will begin the process of reviewing the classification(s), which is a detailed and in-depth analysis of the job that requires participation and cooperation with some or all of the incumbents.
