Mine's a book called "Art & Fear"💛 It reminds & refresh & rewind the reason why I wanted to be an artist.:)

This agreement constitutes an order for event photography as agreed by both parties: HaleLeePhoto (“the Photographer”)and Contracting Party (“The Client”). Unless otherwise specified, it is understood that the photographer owns any and all rights to digital images and may be used for advertising, web portfolio, display, publication or any other purpose thought proper by the Photographer. The Client(s) will receive high-resolution digital copies of these photographs and is granted non-exclusive rights for non- commercial use. The Client(s) may not submit these photos for publication, competition or any commercial usage without the explicit written permission of HaleLeePhoto.

Any photos viewed in the client’s online gallery will be individually corrected for color, tonality, and cropping. All sessions don’t include enhanced photoshop, liquify unless it’s purchased together.

All photographs will be shot in digital format and will be retouched by HaleLee. Retouched digital photos will be delivered as JPEG files on a private online gallery. The USB/CD/DVD is not included on the package.

The Client(s) will receive their High res digital files on downloadable online website approximately 2weeks after the event date for photography and one month for cinematography. **(The turn around may vary if you book with express turnaround.)

It is understood and agreed that no other photographer will be allowed to photograph or take pictures on set while the Photographer is working.

100% payment is due on signing the contract. On signing this agreement by both parties hereto, HaleLeePhoto will reserve the time and photographer(s) agreed upon and will not make other reservations for the specific time frame for those photographers.

Client(s) will not be responsible for the remaining balance in the event of cancellation or date change by Client if HaleLeePhoto is notified within 60 days prior to the original event date. If the Photographer is given fewer than 60 days of notice for cancellation or date change, the Client(s) agree to pay the Photographer 50% of total cost. If HaleLeePhoto cannot perform the Agreement in whole or in part due to casualties, acts of nature, terror, pandemic, or any other cause beyond the control of the parties, HaleLeePhoto will not be held responsible. In case of Photographer's illness or injury, then HaleLeePhoto will to its best ability replace the photographer(s) of equal caliber and still perform editing part.

Charges for any additional expenses such as travel, hotel charges, etc. may be added for travel extending further than 30 miles from Manhattan NY for NYC photoshoot, 20 miles from Seoul for Seoul Photoshoot as agreed in advance with the Client(s).

HaleLeePhoto is not liable for requested photos not taken due to a delayed start or any delay during the day/event. HaleLeePhoto will try to meet and exceed the client’s expectations but is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the photographer’s ability to capture all photos the client(s) request. Client is encouraged to provide a list of requests as long as the client is aware that no photographs are guaranteed. This includes but is not limited to specific events, poses, subjects, choice of color or black and white image and details. List provided by the client will act as an organizational tool and guideline only. HaleLeePhoto photographers will do their best to capture all requested images but due to the nature of photoshoot, no specific photographs can be guaranteed, as there are many factors outside their hands that can affect the ability of photographers to capture all the desired shots.

Additional fee/charges, $100.00 per hour, may apply for additional retouching requests such as color correction, reverting from black & white to color, shape manipulation, removing elements or visible flaws on skin or materials or any other alteration.

HaleLeePhoto will not be held responsible for the quality of prints produced by third parties, such as independent printers, wholesale clubs, pharmacies, etc.

All photos will be sent out within 2 weeks. There’s won’t be any express turnaround time unless it’s purchased.
