Bus Request Form (Field Trips)
Please fill out below questions to order a bus for Field Trips. Buses need to be scheduled at least 30 days before the field trip. A good guideline is to fill out this form at the same time you are putting in your Field Trip request. If you need to cancel a trip that is already scheduled you need to do so 24 hrs before the scheduled load time. Trips cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged a 2-hr minimum at the ordered bus rate, per bus. Exceptions may be made for rain-outs, poor air quality, etc. If you need to make changes to an existing trip please email, don't fill out the form again.
