TUSD Family Return to School Form 2020-21
Tustin Unified School District wants to thank you for your patience and understanding as staff and the TUSD Board of Education plans for the new school year. The evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges to public education and requires the District to adhere to changing guidelines from local and state agencies.

In order to prepare for the August 13 opening of schools, all TUSD families are requested to complete the following form indicating their intent to enroll your child(ren) in one of two instructional options. Please complete one form per child. Response to this form is your commitment for the 2020-21 school year or until conditions change permitting schools to return to regular school schedules.
