Expressive Arts Therapy Registration Form
Expressive Arts Therapy may benefit participants in several ways including:

Knowledge of meaningful and healthy relationships
Deepened self-awareness
Insight into interpersonal relationships
Resolution of specific concerns that led you to seek support

To achieve these benefits, group therapy requires active involvement, honesty, and openness to explore your perceptions of self and the beliefs which may be holding you back.

Please note:
During group work, remembering or talking about unpleasant events, feelings, or thoughts may result in you experiencing strong feelings of anger, sadness, worry, etc. Expressive Arts Therapy may challenge some of your assumptions or perceptions; or may provide insight into different ways of looking at, thinking about, or handling situations. Despite the discomfort you may initially feel, it can open you up to greater insight into how you may find healing and resolve some issues that brought you to the group.
