Event Details: 

Saturday, April 18th from 1 PM to 8 PM
Uptown Oxford, Ohio

Oxford, Ohio has a deep connection to beekeeping, as it was once the home to Lorenzo Langstroth, the "Father of Modern Beekeeping." This festival honors that legacy while bringing the community together for a fun-filled day of music, food, art, and of course BEES!

This opportunity is open to food trucks vendors who would like to be a part of our event however space is limited to allow for a wide range of food and beverage - please register early!

Please note: food trucks will be required to have a valid City of Oxford Mobile Food Unit Fire Permit in order to participate. There are no additional fees beyond the fire permit. 

All applicants will be notified once selections are finalized.

Event & Food Space Details 
The City of Oxford will not supply outside utilities for The Bee Festival. You must be fully self-sufficient, this includes electricity and Wi-Fi. 

If you need electricity, you can bring a quiet generator - no loud generators will be allowed in the event area. 

For Wi-Fi, we recommend using a hotspot from your phone or accepting Venmo or PayPal.

You will need to submit your current Ohio Department of Health Food Service Operation License, as well as current Certificate of Liability Insurance to akeeton@cityofoxford.org to be considered for this event.
