St. Mary’s Before & After Care Information & Registration Form — 2026–2027

This form is required for all St. Mary’s families for the 2026–2027 school year. Please complete one form for each student.

Completion of this form does not require your child to regularly attend Before Care or Aftercare. This information will also be used if your child requires occasional or drop-in Extended Care.

Before Care operates from 6:45 AM–7:45 AM.
Aftercare operates from 2:45 PM–6:00 PM.

Students who are not picked up by 3:05 PM following the regular school day will be transitioned to Aftercare for continued supervision and will be subject to the applicable drop-in fee.
