Dual Degree Student Recommendation
You have been asked to provide a recommendation for a student who has applied for acceptance to the Dual Degree Program, an early college program created through a collaborative partnership between Woodstock School District 200 and McHenry County College (MCC). The program provides academically motivated students enrolled in District 200 an opportunity to earn a high school diploma and Associate of Arts degree simultaneously.

Applicants will be evaluated on their academic performance, desire to be part of the program, attendance, and character. Please take a few moments to complete and submit this form. This is a closed recommendation process, meaning the information you submit will be only shared with the selection committee and not the student.

All materials must be received at District 200 on or before THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2019. Please email Dr. Justin Smith at jusmith@wcusd200.org with any questions or concerns. Thank you.
