Silicon Valley STEM 4 Youth is proud to be hosting the 9th annual science camp in June 2026! This virtual summer camp features engaging science lectures, demos, and hands-on activities across physics, biology, engineering, and technology, with a special focus on artificial intelligence (AI), science fair preparation, and science competitions. Students will explore exciting topics such as AI fairness and ethics, how AI can identify Parkinson’s disease from walking patterns, robotics with sensors and motors, Bluetooth and wearable technologies, and the science of human movement. Participants will also learn valuable strategies for preparing successful science fair projects and competitions such as the Ocean Science Bowl, while enjoying fun circuit-building activities and presentations from award-winning science fair projects.
The instructors are award-winners in prestigious competitions such as the National Science Bowl, NorCal State Science Olympiad, Synopsys Science Fair, and the California Science & Engineering Fair. Instructors also include national finalists and semifinalists of the USA Biology Olympiad, Chemistry Olympiad, Artificial Intelligence Olympiad, and Earth Science Olympiad.
