Place: Creative Space at Waterloo Arts, 397 E 156th St, Cleveland, OH 44110
Parking: There is ample free parking on E 156th, on Waterloo Rd, in the parking lot behind Waterloo Arts and in multiple public lots on Waterloo Rd.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Waterloo Arts will provide paint, paper, brushes, paint t-shirts and other basic supplies. The paint is water-based latex paint which will not come off your clothes so please plan your wardrobe accordingly. Open Studios are not instructional classes but rather a time for you to spend with your family in open ended creative exploration.
We will have an area of the studio in natural light and an area in black light so your family can fully experience the fluorescent quality of the paint.
No running or yelling in the studio.
When you are finished working, please help clean up your area, cover the paints and wash any brushes or pallets used.
If you are working on a project that will take multiple sessions to finish, work can be left in the studio until the next session, but will not be held after the final session. Please mark all art with the artists name and the name of the person registering. Finished work may also be displayed in our annex gallery during the DayGloSho and picked up at the end of the March when the show closes.
Waterloo Arts staff need to prepare the space for another class immediately following Family Fun Open Studios. Please leave enough time to clean up your area by 12:30 PM.
Space is limited. You may register for multiple sessions but priority will be given to families who have not yet participated. If you sign up for a session and can not attend, please let us know as early as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by leaving a message at 216-692-9500.
