This year's event will be zero waste with on-site recycling and organics recycling. Businesses/organizations are encouraged to offer reusable or durable giveaways instead of one time use or items with a short life. (i.e. travel mugs or recycled pads of paper instead of pens or plastic toys), serve food and drinks in compostable plates/cups/utensils, and encourage attendees to use recycling stations at the park. Thank you for helping us reach our zero waste goal! Please contact us with questions, assistance in finding compostable or recyclable options, etc. at anacoordinator@armatage.org

Allowed activities: talking with event attendees who approach booth, displaying/passing out literature, sales of arts and crafts, signing up attendees for future communications, running free give-aways/contests • Activities are limited to the area immediately by the table, no amplification allowed • The ANA and Armatage Park reserve the right to deny or otherwise limit tabling opportunities • Tent/table placement is at the ANA’s discretion • You are strongly encouraged to provide your own 10x10 tent as the event space is in direct sun and it will be hot • You are welcome to bring your own 6’ table and chairs or have 1 table and 1 chair provided.
