All students currently in the MVIMP program are required to complete this survey. Please complete this survey and submit as soon as possible but no later than Friday 26th November. Parents/carers are required to complete one survey per student.
 
Please note:
1. Fees for 2022 are $840.00 including instrument hire or $780.00 with own instrument. Concession Card Holders
- $720.00.
2. Because this is a cost neutral program offered as an optional extra, fees are based on all costs associated with the program such as tutor wages, purchase of new instruments and maintenance of instruments, rehearsals for performances, MVIMP School band (Yr 5/6 only), combined band and associated performances and administration costs.
3. The commitment to the program is for the whole year,

Fees can be paid in four equal instalments each Term or the full amount by the end of February, Term 1.  In addition, ancillary items such as reeds, grease, resin and a music folder may incur an extra cost.

This survey will replace the preference notes that were distributed in hard copy form in previous years.
