STEP #1:  Filling out the inquiry form below is your first step in joining our Ferndale Family!  Once you have completed and submitted this online form, check your email and follow the instructions for the required next steps.  Also add the email UHSENROLL@FERNDALESCHOOLS.ORG to your safe senders list so you'll be sure to receive the email.  Otherwise, check  your spam if you do not receive the email within 24-48 hours.

NOTE: Your application is not complete and will not be reviewed until all required documents (transcript, report card and discipline history) have been received from your student's school(s).
