We ask for this information so that we can have a wide variety of submissions from many different backgrounds. This information will not be shared with third parties, publicly on our website, or at any point during our live workshop and is for internal use only.

If you wish to present your work at the workshop, please submit an abstract (up to 500 words) related to ethics, sustainability, or activism in global digital mental health. Based on the abstracts, the organizing committee will assign accepted participants to panel presentations, junior researcher presentations, or poster sessions.

If you prefer to attend the workshop without presenting, please enter “Attendance only” in the abstract field.

Please note that participants are responsible for organizing and covering their own travel and accommodation. A participation fee of CHF 69 (covering all meals and beverages during the workshop) is payable upon acceptance.

Early-career or junior researchers without sufficient funding are encouraged to contact us. While we cannot guarantee financial support, we will reach out if we become aware of relevant funding opportunities.
