Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art - Tour Request Form

All groups and classes planning a trip to our galleries for either in-person or self-guided tours MUST complete this Tour Request form. All tours and group visits must be registered at least one week from the desired visit date. The earlier your tour group is registered through this form, the more likely we are to accommodate your first choice of tour date.

-- IN-PERSON GUIDED TOURS --
Please complete this form and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm and discuss your tour set-up. Guided in-person exhibition tours are limited to 20 people inclusive of teachers and chaperones. We are able to work with educators on setting up a schedule of activities that allow for class sizes larger than 20 to visit the College of Charleston on the same day.

-- SELF-GUIDED TOURS --
There is a limited calendar of time slots for self-guided tours.
Self-guided tours are capped at 30 participants, inclusive of any teachers and chaperones.
If you'd like to book a self-guided tour for your class or group, please complete this form and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm and discuss your tour.
