We ask mentees, where they feel able, to tell us about difficult experiences in the industry that they hope a mentor could help them with such as sexism, harassment, bullying or lack of confidence. Are there any of these experiences you feel you could particularly help a mentee with, whether through your own experience or your interests? All this information will be kept confidential.

We expect mentors to take the role seriously. Are you willing to commit to the 12 month scheme from October 2019, with offline meetings at least 4 times over the year as well as regular online engagement?
