SBHS Wall of Fame Nomination Form
Thank you for nominating a Santa Barbara High School Alumnus for the Wall of Fame. Please remember that if your nominee is not chosen this year, they will be kept in the nominee pool for subsequent years.

Five SBHS alumni will be chosen each year. There are seven different categories in which alumni are bracketed:
✓ Arts/music/theater/film
✓ Athletics
✓ Business
✓ Education
✓ Government/politics
✓ SB community leader
✓ Science/technology/medicine

The following must be true of your nominee:
✓ Graduate from Santa Barbara High School at least 25 years ago
✓ No self nominations
✓ The Wall of Fame recipient does not need to be present at the assembly and may be represented by a family member/friend. Any alumnus may be honored posthumously.
✓ We are basing the award on their life AFTER graduating from SBHS.
Has achieved personal and career success and local, national, or international notoriety/recognition.

★ Nominations are accepted throughout the year, but voting takes place in the Spring for a Fall ceremony.
