Welcome to the St. John’s Congregational Care Survey

At St. John’s, we believe that congregational care is at the heart of who we are as a faith community. Care can take many forms—emotional support, practical assistance, physical presence during times of illness or grief, spiritual guidance, prayer, or simply the reassurance that no one walks alone.

This survey invites you to reflect on your own experiences of care within our parish and to share your thoughts on how we might better support one another. Your responses will help us shape a compassionate, inclusive, and sustainable strategy for congregational care at St. John’s.

You are welcome to complete the survey anonymously. However, if you are open to follow-up or would like to stay connected about this work, you may include your name and contact information at the end.
