TCCS 2020-2021 Hybrid Program Change Request
Hello TCCS Parents...

Please use this form to request a change to your students' hybrid in-person program choice. If you are not changing your student's program choice, you do not need to complete this form.

Second term opt-in requests for students who were originally scheduled for virtual instruction throughout the term were due by Tuesday, January 12. Requests to opt-out and switch to full virtual instruction can be submitted at any time.

Those who opt-out for the second term will not be able to opt-into hybrid in-person instruction until the third term, which begins on March 15.

You will need to submit a separate request for each student that is enrolled at TCCS.
