#150Leaders Coach Application Form
**PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOW ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR COACHES IN 2020**

We are looking for enthusiastic coaches who are passionate about helping to develop today's healthcare students into tomorrow's leaders. We are inviting visionary leaders, thinkers, creators and front runners in their own respective disciplines to be involved in the Student Leadership Programme. The programme, led by the Council of Deans of Health, provides an opportunity for selected students to develop their leadership skills through a combination of a series of workshops, advice on leadership styles and aspirations via a one-to-one coaching scheme, and an online social media-based community. We are looking for individuals who wish to share their knowledge and experience with our students through a combination of opportunity to face-to-face meeting, and/or on-line interaction e.g. through Skype. Students will be allocated a small travel budget to meet with their coach face-to-face.

We are planning to run the coaching scheme from March-October to allow as much flexibility for the coaching to fit around both the student and the coach. Coaches will be selected based on this application and suitability with a potential student (based on student objectives and geography). We will also be running a 3 hour training session with lunch on Monday 4 February in London to introduce you to coaching on the Student Leadership Programme. Please keep this date free.
