Transition Stipulation Refresher Training   
In compliance with the 2022 N.G. Class Action settlement agreement, the DOE is required to provide three levels of training regarding transition planning annually for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) during the three-year settlement term, and a refresher training, to ensure that all relevant staff are trained on quality transition planning.
