* REGISTRATION: To reserve one of the 60 spots at the retreat, all you have to do is: (1) submit this registration form and (2) pay the $30 nonrefundable deposit. Registration opens on July 16th for EPC members & attenders and on October 23rd for friends of members. Once you register and pay the $30 deposit, you will be sent the room list to sign up.
** PAYMENT DEADLINES: Half of the retreat payment is due October 22th with the remaining balance due January 28th. If you miss the deadlines, you will drop to the waiting list. All payments must be completed in full by the January 28th deadline. We encourage you to set up recurring payments online (to the women's retreat fund) in order to pay your registration over time.
Prices are based on the number of people to a room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone's preferred roommate(s) wishes, but again - due to the unique nature of the houses - we do the final assignments based on what works best for the whole group. Retreat Room Options:(1) Single Room (1 person in 1 room): $300 (2) Double Room* (2 people in 1 room, 1 bed): $260 (3) Shared Room* (3+ people in 1 room, shared beds or single bunks): $230.
* Shared beds will be either King or Queen.
