Revive: Women's Retreat 2018
Ladies, we hope you can join us February 22-24, 2018, in Blue Mountain, Florida, for a special time of fellowship, rest, and study. The theme of this retreat is Revive, and we pray that we will come away refreshed in our hearts, restored in our hope, and renewed in our strength in the Lord. (Psalm 119)

* REGISTRATION: To reserve one of the 60 spots at the retreat, all you have to do is: (1) submit this registration form and (2) pay the $30 nonrefundable deposit. Registration opens on July 16th for EPC members & attenders and on October 23rd for friends of members. Once you register and pay the $30 deposit, you will be sent the room list to sign up.

** PAYMENT DEADLINES: Half of the retreat payment is due October 22th with the remaining balance due January 28th. If you miss the deadlines, you will drop to the waiting list. All payments must be completed in full by the January 28th deadline. We encourage you to set up recurring payments online (to the women's retreat fund) in order to pay your registration over time.

The retreat currently has reached it's limit of 60 women. We will maintain a wait list. If a woman is no longer able to attend the retreat we will notify the first person on the wait list. Room availability, and thus, cost will be determined by what was selected by the woman who is no longer able to attend the retreat.

Retreat Room Options:
(1) AT THIS TIME SINGLE ROOMS HAVE ALL BEEN BOOKED. [Single Room (1 person in 1 room): $300]
(2) Double Room* (2 people in 1 room, 1 bed): $260
(3) Shared Room* (3+ people in 1 room, shared beds or single bunks): $230.

* Shared beds will be either King or Queen.

We have a limited number of each type of room.

The fee includes your room cost, dinner on Thursday, breakfast & dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. EPC does subsidize the cost of the retreat, so that we can keep prices as low as possible. We'd love to help as many women in our EPC Family as possible attend the retreat, and thus, have established a small scholarship fund. Unfortunately, due to the limited size of this fund we can't promise the availability of scholarships to all who apply nor can we offer full scholarships. Please indicate below whether you are in need of scholarship assistance. A scholarship committee will be in touch with you to discuss your scholarship need.

Dinner is provided on Thursday, breakfast and dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. While we desire to accommodate all dietary restrictions, this can be a difficult task with 60 people in attendance. Please show us grace in the matter of food preferences and allergies. We will carefully mark all items, so that you will know what you can and cannot eat. Please consider whether you need to bring meal supplements in cases of strict allergies or restrictions.

The drive to Blue Mountain Beach is about 5 hours. The carpool will leave no later than noon on Thursday. Carpool is a wonderful way to save on travel costs, as well as expand our social circles and deepen our relationships. In order to make a carpool work, we need drivers! So, please consider whether you can be a driver. The more drivers who sign up, the more carpool spots we have available to offer those interested on a first come serve basis.
