We strive to render excellent startup coaching and consulting services to you and many other startup entrepreneurs. In an attempt to be consistent with this, we have an Appointment Cancellation Policy that allows us to schedule appointments for all clients. When an appointment is scheduled, special time has been set aside for you and when it is missed, that time cannot be used to give another awesome entrepreneur to become more awesome in their field of business.
Our policy is as follows:
Cancellation of scheduled appointment at least 48hrs prior to appointment time: No Charge/Fee
Cancellation of scheduled appointment within 48hrs of appointment time: 1% of Charge/Fee
No Show – No Phone Call to cancel appointment: Full Charge Required /100% Full Charge
Additionally, if a client is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment and the 1% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation PolicyUnavoidable circumstances may warrant a consideration, but please note that the above charges will apply to most cancellations. The courtesy call and email you receive to remind you of your appointment is usually made within 48hrs of your sessions. It is your responsibility to know when your appointment is scheduled.
Less than 48 hours notice will give STARTUPwithHARMONY Team sufficient time to offer that session to another client in need. Thank you for understanding the importance of keeping your appointment schedules.
