Refunds Request + Store Policies

WE DO NOT HAVE CASH REFUNDS - We issue refunds by check in the mail or via Venmo.

All refund requests must be made with in 30 minutes of the machine malfunctioning.

We issue refunds on machines we test and find faulty.
We do not issue refunds for user errors including but not limited to putting money in the wrong machine or overloading. We process refunds with in 48 hours - do not expect immediate response. Thank you and have a great day.

We issue refunds on machines we test and find faulty.

We do not issue refunds for
- small washers used to clean blankets or rugs
- overloaded machines
- extremely soiled items or previously stained items that did not come clean
- damaged items
- user errors including too much soap, use of out of order marked machines, putting money in the wrong machine, overloading, ect.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items- use at your own risk.
