All White Oak ISD campuses scan visitor IDs for the safety of our students. If you would like to speed up the process of checking in at the office when you visit the campus for large group special events, you may complete the following form and we will have your badge ready when you arrive.
The Fast Pass Sign In form will only be used for designated Parent-Student Lunch Days, designated White Oak Primary Parent Conference Days, and specific campus events. We look forward to seeing you at White Oak Elementary.
Each adult visiting must complete a separate form. We ask for only two visitors per event per child due to limited space. You must complete a new form for each event that you plan to attend.
NOTE: THIS FORM WILL BE TURNED OFF AT 7:00 AM THE DAY OF EACH EVENT TO GIVE OUR SECRETARY TIME TO PRINT THE PASSES.
