Parents who are willing to allow their SYSO (Spokane Youth Symphony Orchestra ONLY!) child to leave the Fox Theater without parental supervision BETWEEN THE DRESS REHEARSAL AND THE CONCERT must submit this form. Students who leave the Fox must check out and back in at the STAGE DOOR with the attendant at the SECURITY DESK and MUST return no later than 3:30 pm.
