I / We acknowledge and accept 本人/我們確認並接受:

(i) Applicant’s participation will be allocated randomly by lottery and be confirmed of eligibility in late July 2021;
本計劃會以抽籤形式決定參加者名單，並於七月底確認;

(ii) The Camp details and guidelines, and that applicant’s participation has obtained the consent from the parents of the applicant;
訓練營的詳細資訊，並確認參加者已經得到其父母的同意;

(iii) To maintain attendance and discipline in joining the Camp;
確保參加者的出席率及紀律;

(iv) To strictly follow the latest disease prevention measures announced by the Government;
嚴格遵守政府公佈的最新防疫措施;

(v) No catering will be allowed and offered by the Project during the Camp;
訓練營進行期間嚴禁飲食;

(vi) To give permission to the Project, and/or parties designated to use photograph(s)/ video(s) with the consent of the parents and participating student in all form of media, for any and all promotional purposes including but not limited to advertising, display, audiovisual, exhibition or editorial use; and
在參加者及其父母同意下，授予計劃或其指定的一方使用活動的照片/錄像於廣告、展示、視聽、展覽或編輯用途；及

(vii) The CUHK Jockey Club AI for the Future Project reserves the right of final decision of the Camp in case of any disputes.
在任何爭議下，中大賽馬會「智」為未來計劃將保留最終決定權。
