Completion of this request is not a guarantee of a voucher.
I must be enrolled at least part time and receiving financial aid in excess of my tuition costs to be eligible for a voucher.
If I am a new student and I have not completed all required paperwork (master promissory note and entrance counseling) for my loan, I may not be eligible to receive this voucher.
I will not be able to utilize my voucher before January 12, 2021.
My voucher will not be valid after drop/add ends (January 26, 2021).
My voucher amount will not exceed the amount of my expected refund or $600, whichever is less.
I am responsible for all charges at the bookstore if my enrollment or financial aid status changes which reduces my expected refund amount.
Any refund I am expecting will not be available until approximately 3 weeks after drop/add once financial aid and book store charges have been assessed and processed.
