Nonprofit Executive Director Leadership Retreat

Nonprofit Leadership retreat will be a cohort designed program for nonprofit executive directors to learn crucial leadership concepts unique to being an executive director. Attendees will join the group for a two night retreat. This retreat will be packed with learning opportunities and bonding among other peer executive directors.


DETAILS:
- Audience: Nonprofit Executive Director/CEOs and upper level management
- Date: June 1-3
- Location: Gooding Idaho-  Historic Gooding College

- All attendees will have their own bedroom, bathrooms will be shared
- Times: Wednesday 4pm (check in begins at 3pm) - Friday 11:30am
- Capacity of the program: 19
- Fee: $400 member, $500 nonmember (This fee covers food, lodging, facilitator, materials) We will be invoicing all attendees and once when registration closes
          - Value of this 12+ hours of development, food, and lodging retails for over $1,500
- Participants will receive a nonprofit leadership certificate of completion upon finishing the program
- Transportation: Attendees will be in charge of their own transportation- carpool lists can be created
- Registration Closes May 17th


Details attendees should know before Registering:

Overnight retreat:
- Each attendee will have their own room
- Bathrooms will be shared (about 2-3 per bathroom)
- Transportation: Attendees will be in charge of their own transportation- carpool lists can be created

Expectations:
- Attendees should commit to being in attendance from Wednesday Night at 4pm to Friday morning at 11am
- Phones will be encouraged to be turned off and kept in your room
- No work
- Vegas rules- Attendees will be expected to keep any sensitive or private information to this retreat
