Bow Market Renaissance Faire Vendor Application
The first-ever Bow Market Renaissance Faire is coming up on November 8! The Faire will be an all-day event, with a vendor "Goblin Market" from noon to 5pm, and other events and programming throughout the day. The Ren Faire will be co-hosted by Side Quest Books & Games and Remnant Brewing, and we're looking for vendors that fit a quirky and fun medieval vibe — if that sounds like you, please apply!

We have 10-15 retail vendor spots, 3-5 tarot/birth chart reader spots, and 3-5 performance artist spots to fill. Retail vendors will be spaced around the Bow Market courtyard and in Upstairs at Bow, and must take up no more space than one 6-foot table (vendor must provide table, we can provide a folding chair). Tarot/birth chart readers will also be in either the courtyard or Upstairs, and will be provided with a small table and two chairs. Performance artists will either have a set time and place to perform, or may wander the Faire as appropriate. 

For performance artists specifically: we are looking for jugglers, acrobats, cosplay/reenactors, musicians, or anyone else fitting the Renaissance Faire experience. There is no fee for performance artists, and you will instead receive a small stipend and a drink token. You may request tips from the audience during the day.

Applications due by Saturday, October 4, at 11:59pm. We will review and let everyone know whether you've been chosen or not by Wednesday, October 8, at 11:59pm. If you are accepted, there will be a $50 vendor fee, to be paid via PayPal to Caroline from Side Quest to confirm your place by Friday, October 10, at 11:59pm (specific account info will be included in your acceptance email). After that date, if you can no longer participate, please let us know as quickly as possible. If you cancel by October 20, you can receive a full refund. If you cancel by October 30, you can receive a 50% refund. After that point, we can no longer refund the vendor fee. Thank you for your understanding!

If the weather is bad, we will be able to accommodate nearly all vendors and performers in other indoor venues. If we are unable to accommodate you inside, we will let you know 24 hours in advance, and you will receive a full refund of your vendor fee.
