***The cost of residential service has gone up in 2025 from $32/month to $55/month per home with Curbside Compost providing a 5 gallon pail OR $54/month per home with resident providing their own 5 gallon pail. Curbside Compost (CURBCOMPOST.ORG) is pleased to announce a weekly Food Scrap Pickup Program for single, multi-family homes and apartments. This form is being used to understand interest in launching a residential food scrap collection program in the Larchmont - Mamaroneck Sanitation District.  Curbside Compost also offers commercial services to businesses and institutions. Please reach out to Curbside Compost for commercial service requests. 

COLLECT food scraps in countertop container (or directly to a 5-gallon curbside bucket).

TRANSFER food scraps to 5- gallon curbside bucket.

PLACE 5-GALLON BUCKET CURBSIDE by 7:00 AM on the day of service.

CURBSIDE PICKUP is weekly.

The cost of residential service will be $55/month per home with Curbside Compost providing a 5 gallon pail OR $54/month per home with resident providing their own 5 gallon pail.

Once we have 125 homes signed up, we will start collecting the food scraps.
