1: Please establish a "Main Contact Person" for your rental group and make sure all members of your rental group know who this person is BEFORE you begin to individually submit applications. We will cluster your applications using this individuals full name (first and last) to expedite application processing time and increase the likelihood of attaining your desired property.
2: Each member of your rental group must individually submit this rental application before being considered for any property.
3: Please only submit applications once you have physically toured a property and are 100% sure your entire rental group wishes to proceed with a booking.
4: You must only ever submit your applications once. If your rental group decides to change its "Desired Property" addresses or preference order; please simply notify us and we will make this adjustment in our records for you.
5: If at some point in time your rental group decides to rent a property outside of our agency please, as a courtesy, let us know so that we may mark your documentation as inactive. Thank you.
