Baseball Alberta Sanction Request Form - for all baseball activities outside of the Baseball Alberta leagues, provincials or post provincial schedules.
Baseball Alberta has a minimum risk management standard that needs to be met before we will agree to sanction an event. We also think it is important to make our members aware that they could be enetering into an area of liability at their own risk if an event is not sanctioned by Baseball Alberta. That quality of our insurance and proper safety protoclols protection for our members is of upmost importance. It should be to you as well and entering into exhibition games with organizations that do not carry $5 million of liability coverage or abuse coverage, just to name a few, should cause you some concern.

This sanction form should be filled out by any association(s) or team(s) that are members of Baseball Alberta and who want to plan tournaments or travel to tournaments or who may want to plan exhibition games with Baseball Alberta Non-member teams.

Please have this form in at least 1 week before planning any exhibition games. 

If you are attending any tournaments listed on our website, you do not need to fill out this form as they are sanctioned events.
 
Please have this form filled out at least a month before planning any new tournaments in your association.
