The information you provide below will help us match volunteer parents/community members like you with students. Once you complete this form, we will be in touch about next steps including scheduling a one-hour training, sending the link to complete the background check and sharing the confidentiality agreement.

Our virtual coaching program will require volunteers to be proficient in several platforms. Please complete the table below to let us know if you will need additional training in these platforms.

While the focus of the program is primarily to help students get caught up and feel more comfortable working within Blend and managing their work load, opportunities to provide content tutoring may arise. Please share any areas where you could support a student with content:

Are you fluent in any languages other than English?

We are excited to share skill building tips for organization, task initiative, planning etc. with students. If you have any special skills in these areas or have utilized programs or apps that have helped your child, can you share more details about that below?

Sessions will last from 30 minutes to 1 hour and will probably take place weekly. How many hours can you volunteer each week and what days (including weekends if those are an option) and times work best for you? We expect most sessions to happen after school hours but if your student happens to need support during the school day should they be home due to quarantine, please provide times during the day you may be available as well.
